Vector Vision

• Registration & Entry Fee: A team is only considered "Active" once the entry fee has been paid in full.

• Team Composition: Teams may consist of 2 to 4 members. Individuals may only participate in one team.

• Original Work: All code must be written during the 48-hour hackathon window. Using pre-existing, open-source libraries is allowed, but the core logic must be fresh.

• Submission Deadline: Projects must be submitted via Devpost by the exact "Code Freeze" time. Late submissions will not be eligible for cash prizes.

• Intellectual Property: Participants retain full ownership of the software they build. However, by entering, you grant Vector Vision the right to use screenshots and demo videos for future promotional purposes.

• Prize Distribution: Cash prizes will be distributed via UPI to the Team Lead within 72 hours of the winners' announcement.

• Mandatory Entry Fee: Each team must pay a non-refundable entry fee of ₹399 to participate in Vector Vision. Submissions from teams that have not completed this payment will be disqualified without review.

  Payment Verification: Upon payment, the Team Lead must save the Transaction ID or receipt. This ID must be entered into the "Payment Verification" field during the final project submission on Devpost.

To ensure transparency for a paid competition, judges will use a 100-point scale:

• Technical Complexity (30 pts): Quality of code, difficulty of implementation, and effective use of the tech stack.

• Execution & Functionality (30 pts): Does the demo actually work? Are there major bugs?.

• Innovation (20 pts): How original is the idea? Does it solve the problem in a unique way?.

• Pitch & Presentation (20 pts): The clarity of the demo video and the quality of the project documentation on Devpost.
